By accepting these Compliance Rules we:
- (A) Confirm that we are well aware that it is strictly forbidden under National and European competition / antitrust laws to;
- exchange any information between competitors that is regarded as a business secret such as prices or other terms and conditions for the delivery, purchase volumes, price calculation schemes, costs calculation schemes, marketing initiatives.
- enter into individual agreements on joint product standards, except for those product standardisation initiatives organised by recognised international or national standards bodies, provided that these bodies operate in compliance with accepted competition / antitrust rules.
- (B) Will submit to the Member Area only information regarding initiatives by bodies such as governments, ministries, other public authorities and recognised international or national standards bodies
- for possible legislation focusing on terms and conditions for the manufacture, distribution or application of sealing products, or
- for possible standardisation of sealing products.
- (C) Confirm that we are fully responsible and liable for any information not in compliance with the forgoing.
- (D) Accept that any information provided to the Member Area may be deleted by the Moderator of this Member Area at any time.
