The product range includes: mechanical seals, gas lubricated seals, seal supply systems, magnetic couplings, stuffing box packings, static seals, expansion joints, automotive seals and rotary kiln sealing systems.

Burgmann was the first manufacturer of mechanical seals worldwide to fulfill the international quality standard ISO 9001. Burgmann has received the internationally acclaimed Q1 Award from Ford for the automotive seals division. Expansion joints also bear the RAL quality mark. November 1996 Burgmann was certified as automotive subcontractor for gaskets, spherical rings and decoupling systems according to the US Quality Management Standard for motor vehicles, QS 9000. Burgmann has been certified according to the EC-Eco-Audit-Regulation in 1996,1999 and according to DIN ISO 14001 in 1999 and 2001.
Burgmann goes further with an extensive offering of services: from engineering, solutions for environmental problems, standardisation of inventories and application trials to after-sales service with installation, start-up, repair, analysis of breakdowns and damage, plus seminars and training courses on aspects of sealing technology.
