This year’s AGM in Seville brought new appointments across the ESA, both within the Executive Team and at the divisional level.
Alberto Rocca from Klinger and Francesca Torriani from General Packing have joined the Executive Team, as Mike Eason (John Crane) and Chiara Sozzi (General Packing) completed their terms. Mike and Chiara were recognised for their valuable contribution over the years, and the ESA is pleased to welcome Alberto and Francesca as they step into their new roles.
There have also been changes within the divisions. Francesco Appuzzo from Carrara is the new Chair of the Packings Division, with Matthias Muehl from IDT taking on the role of Vice Chair.
In the Flange Gaskets Division, Anna Berger from Teadit has been appointed Chair, with Julia Koeder of Teadit as Vice Chair. This marks a first for the division, with both leadership roles now held by women.
