ESA and FSA Specification for a Test Procedure for Packings for Rotary Applications

This specification gives details of a test procedure for compression packings to be used to seal the stuffing boxes of rotary equipment, such as centrifugal pumps, mixers, agitators etc. It has been prepared by the Packings Divisions of the European Sealing Association (ESA) and Fluid Sealing Association (FSA) and is approved by these organisations as a suitable method of test.
