The next Autumn Meeting (Divisional Meetings and Special Executive Meeting) will be held on the 26th September near Bergamo, Italy.
Below you will find the links for a suitable hotel that we have selected close to the premises of Carrara. So far we have confirmed the following schedule and for those staying over on the 26th we will arrange a dinner that evening.
One of the purposes of the Autumn Meeting is to formulate a 2019 plan and define any requirements for funding for the following year. Each Divisional Chairman then presents their plans and any funding requirements to the ESA Executive Committee which meets the following day.
