Continuous learning is essential in an industry where technologies, standards and best practices are constantly evolving. To support engineers, technicians and other industry professionals, the ESA continues to expand its online training programme.
Two new courses have recently been added to the portfolio, and all courses are now available through a new learning platform.
The latest courses in the Introduction to Flange Gaskets series are Gasket Installation Procedures and Flange Gasket Failure Analysis.
The Gasket Installation Procedures course focuses on the correct installation of flange gaskets, covering the selection and condition of each component, including the gasket, as well as their correct assembly and installation to prevent leakage and joint failure.
The Flange Gasket Failure Analysis course examines why flange assemblies leak, looking at common failure modes, their causes and practical approaches to avoiding or remedying them.
These new courses complement ESA’s existing online training programme, which covers a wide range of sealing technologies and applications. Developed by experts from ESA member companies, they are designed to provide practical, industry-based knowledge for both newcomers to the sealing industry and experienced professionals looking to refresh or broaden their expertise.
ESA's online courses have been migrated to a new learning platform. All courses can be explored via the Online courses page on the ESA website, where they can be filtered by division to help users find the training most relevant to their field of interest.
Selecting a course takes users to the new learning platform, where they can create an account and enrol free of charge. Users who previously accessed ESA online courses on the former platform will also need to create a new account.
Whether you are looking to build a foundation in sealing technology or deepen your understanding of a specific topic, ESA's online training provides a flexible way to learn at your own pace. We invite you to explore the full range of courses and discover the latest additions to the programme.
