The European Sealing Association (ESA) Expansion Joints Division has developed a new Fabric Expansion Joint Configurator to support the selection and specification of fabric expansion joint solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
Following an extensive testing phase by Division members, the configurator has now been made available as a test version on the Division’s webpage (Test Configurator link). The tool is designed to guide users through key application parameters and help identify suitable expansion joint configurations based on operating conditions and installation requirements.
The ESA welcomes feedback from users during this testing phase. Comments and suggestions will help further refine the configurator and ensure it becomes a practical and valuable resource for engineers, specifiers, and end users involved in fabric expansion joint applications.
Members and interested users are encouraged to access the tool, explore its functionality, and share their experiences with the Division.
