First Step in Turkey in Transitioning from Fabric Compensators to Lens-Type Compensators

For the first time in Turkey, the process of converting fabric compensators at the ID Fan inlet and outlet to lens-type compensators has been successfully completed by Metrik Endüstri A.Ş. This groundbreaking project demonstrates Metrik Endüstri A.Ş.’s technical and engineering capabilities in the industry. The conversion provides our industrialists with high-efficiency and long-lasting solutions while also advancing industry standards.

The materials used in our production processes and the workmanship we apply are selected in accordance with world standards, with quality as a priority. All our products undergo rigorous testing for durability and safety. It provides all the necessary calculations to determine the amount of thermal expansion and the resulting stress. These calculated values are used in the design process of our expansion joints to provide the most reliable solution. For our metal compensators, we use EJMA 10th Edition design software and Inverter and Solidworks programs for CFD analysis and FEM simulations to create rapid designs. This ensures that each of our products will operate efficiently for many years.
