The European Sealing Association (ESA) is pleased to announce the release of our updated General Code of Conduct, a key step in strengthening our commitment to responsible business practices, sustainability, and ethical governance.

Hand holding wooden block with code of conduct concept, ethics, integrity, honesty, respect.

This new Code of Conduct has been developed with valuable input and support from our ESG Working Group, in particular from Andy Longdon of Ceetak Ltd., one of our active members. It combines and enhances our previous guidelines, ensuring that ESA members operate with integrity, uphold human rights, and contribute to sustainable environmental practices while maintaining compliance with international standards.

The revised Code of Conduct is available to all members on our ESA website in both German and English, making it accessible across our international network. We encourage all members to familiarise themselves with the document and integrate its principles into their daily operations and decision-making.

Together, we continue to strengthen our Association’s reputation for responsibility, trust, and sustainability.

ESG Director, ESA
