We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join our Executive Team from April 2026 to help shape the future of the European Sealing Association.
Role overview
As an Executive Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of the ESA. This position involves active participation in decision-making processes, contributing to policy development, and ensuring the association delivers value to its members and stakeholders. You will work closely with other executives to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth within the industry. Your organisation must be a member of the ESA.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Contribute to the development and execution of ESA’s long-term vision and objectives.
- Governance: Ensure compliance with ESA’s constitution and uphold high standards of transparency and accountability.
- Industry engagement: Represent ESA at conferences, events, and meetings, promoting the association’s mission and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with member companies, technical committees, and external partners to drive projects that benefit the sealing industry.
- Innovation & sustainability: Support initiatives that encourage technological advancement and environmental responsibility.
Expectations
- Commitment: Attend scheduled Executive Team meetings (virtual and in-person) and actively participate in discussions and decision-making.
- Advocacy: Act as an ambassador for ESA, strengthening relationships with stakeholders and promoting the association’s activities.
- Contribution: Bring expertise, insight, and fresh ideas to help address industry challenges and opportunities.
- Integrity: Maintain impartiality and act in the best interests of the association and its members.

You will be expected to travel to three one day meetings a year within Europe at your own expense and contribute to ongoing internal discussions on a regular basis.
