Our December newsletter was sent out on December 19th, 2019, to 287 recipients. By January 8th, 2020, 96 users (33.6%) opened it, most were from the United Kingdom, followed by Austria and United States. 47 recipients (16.4%) clicked on at least one of the articles. The open rate and click rates were both above the average open and click rates for the ESA newsletter (28.6% and 12.1% respectively), and both indicators are above the average performance of peers in the manufacturing industry (30.2% and 4.4% respectively).

In the last month (from 6th March to 5th April) there were 770 unique visitors coming to our website, which was more than last year in the same time frame. Together visitors viewed 1,960 pages, on average 1.96 pages per visit. Visits lasted for 2:20 minutes on average.
In comparison to the same time last year (6th March to 5th April 2019), the user count increased from 720 to 770, but the page views dropped from 3,011 to 1,960. The duration of visits decreased from 3:02 to 2:20 minutes per visit.
ESA LinkedIn page is continuously getting new followers. We have 1.041 followers so far, the majority is from Spain, followed by Germany and Italy. The average engagement rate of the posts in the last 3 months was 5.08%, ranging from 2.05% to 7.42%.
The most viewed post was the update about ESA’s new Technical Director, Mr Ralf Vogel with 3,085 impressions.
