We are pleased to confirm that the ESA Annual General Meeting 2026 will take place in Seville, Spain, from 14 to 16 April.
The chosen venue – the centrally located Melia Sevilla hotel – offers excellent meeting rooms, a wide range of rooms (€213 to €279 per night including taxes and breakfast) and easy access to the city’s attractions. We have not yet received the booking link, but it will be circulated shortly.
The provisional agenda can be found in the AGM folder of the Members Area. It mirrors previous years, with one small change aimed at maximising early networking opportunities: We will have an all-inclusive “Meet and Greet” drinks reception, followed by dinner for all on the first evening.
The rest of the details will be finalised later in the year, but for now, save the date!
