We are pleased to confirm that we are going ahead with the 2022 Annual General Meeting in Vienna on the 16th, 17th and 18th May. This will be our first face-to-face AGM in 3 years and will hopefully be the start of normality. It will also be our 30th anniversary, so it promises to be a special event.
The Hotel Savoyen has been totally supportive ever since we booked it at the end of 2019 for 2020, so we felt it only appropriate to utilise this great venue within walking distance of the centre of Vienna.

A new feature of the 3-day event is the “Meet and Greet” session on Monday evening for those attending for the first time. There will be a chance to meet the ESA Executive Committee, Technical Directors, Chairs and Vice Chairs, and other colleagues who help run the ESA.
The Divisional Meetings are generally held over the 3 days together with a number of other important topics which have their own working groups and agendas. The Divisional Chairman or the Technical Director Ralf Vogel will issue these nearer the time.
We will also be holding our traditional CEO lunch for the most senior managers of our member companies on Tuesday lunchtime before the General Meeting.
The General Meeting is on Tuesday afternoon, where we will discuss issues affecting the running of the ESA and summarise many of the activities taking place and run through some statutory obligations. This will be followed by a dinner at the fabulous Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna to celebrate our 30th anniversary.
