It was great that we were finally able to hold the AGM face-to-face last year. One outcome of last year’s meeting was that we all needed to make reductions in our carbon footprint. After analysing the locality of ESA members and calculating the carbon footprint of holding the meeting in different parts of Europe, we found that central Europe (as you might expect) had less impact than members travelling to further afield European destinations.
Throughout the three days, we will be based in the Schloss Hohenkammer Hotel near Munich. The cost per room per night including breakfast is €180.

The meetings are for invited guests and ESA members only. As always, please let us know if you intend to participate in any aspect of the event by writing to Mark Neal. This helps tremendously with numbers for dinner reservations, meeting rooms, name badges, etc. Even if you have some doubts about attending, let us know; we would rather over cater in terms of numbers than be short.
Meet and Greet on May 15
This is typically aimed at people who have not attended before or simply wish to meet the Divisional Chairs or Executive Team. There will be a finger buffet available. Please confirm if you would like to attend.
We would like to invite CEO’s, Managing Directors, and senior managers to lunch on the May 16th to discuss the prominent affairs of the ESA. This will be a light lunch followed by a discussion and guest speaker (TBC). Please confirm if you would like to attend.
