Hotel Savoyen Vienna

[UPDATE] Regrettably, due to Covid-related travel difficulties, we are having to postpone this year’s AGM in Vienna to 16-18 May 2022. All hotel bedroom reservations will be automatically cancelled and a new booking link will be sent in order for you to rearrange your room requirements for the new dates.

Online AGM 2021

We will hold an online AGM on 20 October 2021. The current divisional meeting schedule remains unaltered for the rest of the year. All the details will be posted in the Events and Members area/circulated via email.

Following the difficulties of arranging the AGM in 2020, we are pleased to confirm that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the European Sealing Association will be held in Vienna on the 5th, 6th and 7th May 2021 (Weds/Thus/Fri).
The hotel for the conference and museum for the dinner have been very supportive when cancelling the 2020 AGM and we would like to return their generosity by utilising the two venues.

Previously with the assistance of the Klinger Group and Lenzing Plastics, both long standing members of the ESA, we were able to locate a suitable hotel close to the centre of Vienna. The Hotel Savoyen will host the 3-day event and can now accept reservations for these dates (details below).

The format will be very similar to previous years with divisional meetings held on Wednesday and Friday and the General Meeting and workshops held on Thursday. We will also host a dinner for members and their partners on Thursday 6th in the evening at the spectacular Kunsthistorisches Museum.

Schedule

The provisional schedule for AGM 2021 can be found in the Members area of the ESA website. (If you require the password, please contact us by writing to Mark Neal.) The meetings are for ESA Members and invited guests only.
