Newsletter statistics

Our May newsletter was sent out on Tuesday, May8th, 2018, to 387 recipients. By May 14th, 2018, 127 users (33.1%) opened it, most were from the United Kingdom, followed by the USA and Germany. 67 recipients (17.4%) clicked on at least one of the articles. The open rate and click rates were both a little above than the average for the ESA newsletter, and both indicators are well above the industrial average. Most read articles were:

Website statistics

Last month (from 1st July to 31st July) there were 2,622 unique visitors coming to our website, which was more than in previous months. Together visitors viewed 5,612 pages, on average 1.85 pages per visit. Visits lasted for 1:26 minutes on average.

In comparison with last month (April), when the old site was still in use, the user count increased from 682 to 2,622 and the page views from 3,146 to 5,612. The duration of visits however decreased from 2:36 to 1:26 minutes per visit.

LinkedIn statistics

ESA LinkedIn page is continuously getting new followers. We have 746 followers so far, the majority is from United Kingdom, followed by Germany and the USA. The engagement rate of the posts in the last 2 months ranges between 0.78 % and 8.67 %. The most engaging post was the update about the new Technical Director for the Mechanical Seals Division, Mr. Peter Bowden.
